Dr. Neal Speight, MD
Dr. Speight obtained his undergraduate work in chemistry at University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He attended medical school at East Carolina School of Medicine and completed his residency at University of South Carolina-Columbia.

He is board certified in Family Medicine and has additional training in Metal Toxicology, Nutritional, and Environmental Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine and is the Past President of The American College for the Advancement of Medicine (ACAM).
For five years he served as an assistant professor at Capitol University of Integrative Medicine in Washington, DC and has authored several book chapters and a number of articles in the peer reviewed literature.

As a Project Executive Charles managed projects spanning more than seven billion dollars in contract awards.
As an Operational and Executive Charles shepherded massive organizational improvements for the USAF Europe COB (Concealed Operating Base) sections that resulted in the first “Excellent” rating in the 50 year history of the program. His executive roles include leading firms with performing on more than 2 Billion in aggregate contract awards.

As a Lobbyist and in Business Development Charles is credited for significant contribution to congressional subcommittees on medical/biomedical, veteran, and industrial initiatives. He developed from inception through market introduction web based organizations that have grown from start to up to more than 1,200,000 registered users and has secured more than 7.5 Billion in federal contract awards for both large and small firms.

Charles holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Hardin Simmons University in Abilene Texas, a Master Business Administration (Exec) from Texas Tech University.

Henry Young, PhD
A prolific inventor, researcher and published author, Dr. Young has aided in the invention of muscle morphogenetic protein and scar inhibitory factor. He discovered the adult germ layer lineage stem cells, adult mesodermal stem cells, adult pluripotent stem cells and adult totipotent stem cells.
Specialties: Histochemistry, carbohydrate biochemistry, isolation of biologically active glycoproteins, proteoglycans, growth factors, hybridoma monoclonal antibodies, cell culture, CD-markers, single cell cloning, stem cell characterization, micro-array in vitro assays, flow cytometry, magnetic separation, animal surgery, wound healing, COPD, nebulizations, neuropathies, intra-nasal infusions, IVs, scar inhibition, interested in incurable diseases and trauma with application of adult stem cells.

He obtained his Ph.D. in Anatomy from Texas Tech University.
